Poppy’s creator and head of Poppy’s florist operation, Rachel graduated from the University of Wyoming in Laramie with a degree in business administration and subsequently paid several years’ dues in Corporate America. In the name of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, Rachel cashed in her 401K – and Poppy’s was born.
