Arts & Culture

When you think of Laramie, you might picture our wide-open spaces, our abundance of yearround outdoor recreation, or maybe the sports teams at the University of Wyoming that are loved by so many. But what you might be surprised to find is that Laramie is also quickly becoming the cultural capital of Wyoming.

Head downtown where you'll find world-class culinary cuisine to taste, live music with western dancing in the bars to enjoy, and five different craft breweries to try. You'll also find visual art at every turn, including over 20 murals painted by local artists and theater productions on campus. So while we might be known for many things, we invite you to come and explore the cultural side of Laramie this year to see, taste, and explore all that you've been missing.
