In its early days, Laramie was such a rip-roaring railroad town that it made good sense to build the Wyoming Territorial Prison here. Things have quieted down, as you’ll see when you visit this relaxed campground with beautiful mountain views. It offers more than 100 RV full-hookup/pull thru sites with 30/50-amp service. Or stay in a one- or two-room Cabin with heat/electricity (no bedding, water, kitchen or bathroom). Deluxe tent sites have water, electricity and a privacy fence. Enjoy the recreation center with TV, games, an exercise room, lending library and kids’ corner. Take advantage of the playground, off-leash K9 area, laundry room and new Wi-Fi system. Check out historic downtown Laramie for shopping and dining. Area attractions include the Wyoming Territorial Prison, Lincoln Monument, American Heritage Center, University of Wyoming, Historic Ivinson Mansion and Ames Monument.
