About David Turner:
David Turner was raised on a farm in western Wyoming. David’s family regularly sung and crafted together, when the chores were done. While he is the least artistic person in a large family with high expectations, the love of art resides deeply within his analytical self. Well into his adulthood, David learned that, before his birth, his father left behind the pursuit of a Chemistry degree to return to farming. His family moved to Laramie when David was age 9 so his mother could get a master’s degree in adult education. It could be said that art, science, and teaching are in his blood. While raising his children, David graduated from the University of Wyoming with a bachelors of science in chemistry. He enjoyed sharing his love of science through guest teaching several times a year at his children’s elementary school in Laramie. Now his kids are older and those teaching opportunities are lost. He is overjoyed at the opportunity to share the joy, and art, and love of science with children again.
