Description: The Medicine Bow and Routt National Forests provide year-round recreation opportunities for you. These activities include hiking, biking, camping, horseriding, OHV riding, fishing and hunting, just to name a few. Beautiful vistas await sightseers and photographers. The topography varies greatly within the national forests. Elevation ranges from 5,500 to 12,940 feet. Happy Jack, Vedauwoo, and the Snowy Range.

Description: PRAIRIE DOG HUNTS and FISHING We have access to private ranches full of these little critters. This type of varmint hunting is great for those who love to shoot all day long. Expect to use up between 150 and 300 rounds per day. We run prairie dog hunts May through July. Non refundable deposit to include $110 per day per person. Daily varmint hunts include 6 hours of varmint hunting time. Any shooting time over 6 hours is charged at a rate of $20 per hour per person.
Description: We have 100 lakes and streams within 10 miles of the cabins for fishing. There are many hiking trails within a few miles of the cabins. In the winter you have to snowmobile into the cabins about 1 mile. You can access the trails and off trail riding from you front door in the winter.

Description: Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) and Kayak with Mountain’ SUP at Curt Gowdy State Park! We will be open from 10 till 6 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer starting 6/18/2016. We will also be open the full week of Frontier Days. Description: The museum is partially housed in a 1907 Hahn’s Peak and Pacific Railroad depot. Its exhibits depict the general history of the Centennial Valley. Topics include mining, lumbering, ranching, and railroading. A 1944 Union Pacific caboose and many large pieces of ranching, farming, and mining equipment are on site. Description: SafeRide is an on-call public transportation service that operates late nights on the weekends to offer nonjudgmental “safe” rides home. Rides are offered to UW students, faculty, staff, and Laramie community members and visitors. SafeRide’s service areas include the Laramie city limits. However, SafeRide will not pick-up/drop-off at specific locations within downtown Laramie. Riders wishing to be picked-up/dropped-off downtown will need to utilize the SafeRide office located at 3rd Street & Garfield. There is no on-board fare for utilizing SafeRide.
