Description: Bearing the name of legendary University of Wyoming Athletics Director Glenn “Red” Jacoby (1946-73), the Jacoby Golf Course is located at the east side of the UW campus in Laramie. Jacoby Golf Course is one of the unique public courses in the nation. It is located 7,220 feet above sea level and measures 6,855 yards to play.

Description: Found off of exit 323 on I-80 east of Laramie, Happy Jack is a wonderful area for hiking, camping, mountain biking, cross-county skiing, snow shoeing and even home to trails for horseback riding. Trails ranging from .4 miles to 3 miles, there is enough space here to spend a whole day enjoying nature. This is apart of the Medicine Bow National Forest and a small fee is required per vehicle per day.
