Learn About Us

The Albany County Tourism Board (ACTB) is located in Laramie, the Gem City of Wyoming. Nestled at the base of the Snowy Range between Vedauwoo to the east and the Medicine Bow National Forest to the west. The ACTB promotes travel and tourism to the Laramie area with national advertising.


To obtain national and international recognition for Albany County, to showcase the area as a multi-seasonal destination having endless possibilities, and to realize full visitor potential.

Please read the Albany County Grant Guidelines before downloading the Grant Application.

Once you have read the guidelines, complete the grant application and budget below and submit to the Laramie Area Visitor Center (See instructions at bottom of page).

1. Download the grant guidelines above
2. Read guidelines to assure all requirements are met
3. Download and open the grant application
4. Click “Highlight Fields” in upper right hand corner
5. Click in the blue highlighted fields
6. Push tab or use the mouse to navigate to other fields
7. Go To email Grant Application Instructions

To Email Grant Application

1. Click File
2. Click Attach Email
3. Type in admin@visitlaramie.org and your email address (to save a copy for yourself)
4. Click Send

To Save Grant Application

1. Email grant application to your email address (see Email Grant Application)
2. Open attachment
3. Click File
4. Click Save As
5. Save to your computer as a file name you will remember
6. Click Save
