Create your own 15 minutes of fame in this two-day Smartphone Photography Workshop on April 28 and May 5, 10 am – 1 pm!
Discover some of the creative possibilities of smartphone photography in this workshop inspired by the exhibition “Warhol in Wyoming: The Andy Warhol Photographic Legacy Gift.”
Modern and traditional photography mavens Bailey Russel and Rani Robison from the UW Dept. of Art & Art History will cover basic composition, exposure techniques, artistic vision, as well as creative approaches to framing, apps and more.
A unique studio assignment will be given to participants during the week between classes to practice your skills.
One photo will be printed in a large format for each participant and shown in a mini-exhibition and reception for friends and family at the Art Museum on Saturday, May 5, from noon-1:00 p.m.
