“Evening Conversations with Curators: Intersections of Art & Science” is planned as an informal gallery walk-through with museum curators and special guests that will focus on “WASTE LAND: A Survey of Works by Brandon Ballengée, 1996 – 2016,” an exhibition on view through Dec. 17.
Visitors will be joined by Nicole Crawford, Curator of Collections and Heather Bender, Master Teacher at the UW Art Museum. Discussions will be casual and informal, and will include stories behind the art.
The event is part of the Institute for Advanced Study’s ongoing “Earth, Wind and Water” public program series. It is free and open to the public.
